  Refunds for SEO are not offered as outcomes depend on several factors outside of our control. Still, we provide adjustments within the parameters of your service agreement.

• Web Design Services:
  You will be eligible for one round of revisions if the initial designs do not meet your expectations. If you’re still not satisfied after those changes, a partial refund may be offered depending on the amount of work completed.

• Content Creation Services:
  Let us know within 7 days if the provided content does not meet your stated requirements. We will revise the content or issue a partial refund based on the scope of work completed.

3. Requesting a Refund

You must contact us in writing at contact@novabranddev.com within the 7-day window to request a refund. Please include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exceptions

• Services that have been fully delivered and approved are not eligible for refunds.

• Unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement, deposits for ongoing projects are non-refundable.
